I am so furious that a huge brand like VS cannot get their stuff together and create a great customer experience outside of the US. ‘To not only fire your associates, but have the nerves to sit and talk about why this is a good thing for their business model’: Victoria’s Secret fires customer service workers in video. Maybe they simply aren’t aware yet… I have been a customer now for more than 25 years. To see and experience what VS is pulling off here in Germany is ridiculous! I am surprised the German Verbraucherschutz hasn’t interfered yet. How am I possibly get the matching thong? I am an American now living in DE. For Love and Lemons styles are so unique.
Instead of giving me the option to cancel the bra, it was simply sent to me. The Customer Service department that replies to the emails you send is. In addition I ordered matching thong and bra from their third party brand For Love and Lemons. And so they prefer calling Victorias Secret at their 80 phone number instead.
Seriously? I recommend anyone not living in the US to refrain from ordering from VS. Having said that, I have to ship my return from Germany to the US and pay for it.
